You are trying to paint out like it is surprising that a speccy explorer will need to raise capital?
Also not really a worry here given the tiny amount of shares on issue id welcome some liquidity to the stock, as much as id hate the dilution. No one investing here could of expected to not be diluted multiple times, just like any other speccy miner.

A quick look at the other stocks you post on shows you are bullish and apparently hold multiple other stocks that are also near or at all time share price lows and will most likely be in similar positions?

This new appointment looks amazing given his experience and love that HVY is clearly moving towards the goal of actually operating unlike 99% of the the lifestyle miners listed on the ASX.

The company has shown they are looking at other methods to raise capital in the current market. And as I mentioned earlier this isn't surprising given the current capital market, and that the chairman holds a very large % of the company.

You dont hold or seem to want to hold so why do you care? Prehaps go worry about KFM?
