Yes, I agree. At this stage of the company's journey I would expect nothing less than seeing board changes which as is the case here adds significant value to the business.
Anything less than this would be of concern to me. Perhaps the board change is a result of the fact that cheap stock and dilution was not part of the current capital raise strategy and it did not align with one's strategy to get rich quick with very little work. To me the red flag has left the building as it has done in the past with other red flags, now enter the green flag......
