OK. This won’t move the dial. Unfortunately I feel like we are dealing with a chairman that knows very little about tech sales, a CEO that follows a chairman, both do not understand SaaS. This has been a very small but expensive consideration for me over the years. I followed DW from MVP and PNV…did OK but these type of board appointments do not help the overall objective. Hire experienced highly incentivised SaaS sales managers in the various global theatres and PLEASE improve your the overall user experience. Drive agent adoption and customer success. Offer plug and play integrations on AWS/Azure platforms. Marketplace anyone? Drive ARR. Monetise data. Nothing else matters. Think there is very few supports left.
