Sorry, I was saying maybe these were the directors nominated and seeing the writing on the wall the old directors agreed to resign and let them come on board. I don't know who was nominated, so I can only guess.
However, given the names on the 249D though I'd assume they would be putting themselves up (and given background are Chieftain picks) and seem to be different parties to new directors.
Not sure if the notice requires specific directors to be named or only directors in general
