As is the board actively working with the s249 lodging parties on a solution.
Which surely must some involve some of the highly qualified offerees being appointed and hopefully a shift out of one of the recently appointed.
That's probably the only way to regain some further credibility after the moves that happened involving the spill cancellation before the 249d was lodged.
