I can't speak for why Geoff was a buyer....for me, I take director buying with a grain of salt at the best of times. Experience with directors has taught me that their skills as a director and their investment savviness can be two entirely different boats.
While it's good he has gone, the move by PAC to insert directors is a massive red light for me based on their previous actions. If someone came in buying OM to get a seat/ control, I would view it differently.
Here, all I can see is a a raise at a massive discount, bulk broker options and no support. Call me cynical but I see nothing good coming here despite the drawcard of being a busted stock with low MC.
The writing was on the wall months ago, existing holders will get reamed imo
