There is Defence and the spooks muttering 'national security'; the Australian government extending big concessional loans despite our politicians being clueless about HREE; China ruthlessly protecting their HREE monopoly; Europe fretting (credit card in hand) about supply; USA providing cover and support to close ally Australia's REE mining and processing businesses.

The FIRB should be administering the law limiting Chinese investment in NTU to 9.9%. Puzzling this has not been done.

Somehow, they have Australia deterring ourselves. How?
