Like others, after brokerage I get about $20. Bob issues shares to raise not much more than this so I’ll hold on to see where this goes. It’s a class action waiting to happen IMHO.
All directors have resigned but that does not negate them from legal action after some may argue they have failed in their fiduciary duties. The failure to report the details of the recent IP licensing could violate ASX listing rule 3.2. I hope they had good director’s insurance when they were on the board.
