Only the board could say if the company is going to be wound up or privatized , as it's up to it's shareholders, but they have suspended the AGM , so shareholders can't decide the fate of their company . The way forward , might be for shareholders to request a special meeting of the company. But seriously who could be bothered ? Ring the company phone number and listen to the company secretarys phone answering message . It's as if nobody is answering the front door.
It would be interesting to know if company debts are being paid .Maybe there will be an appliction to have the company wound up by a creditor ?
