Classic Minerals failed to submit the September Quarterly Activities Report and Financial Report. This led to their suspension from trading on **promotion blocked**. Why did the company choose to do a Market Update Report instead, as this will ensure they stay suspended from trading on **promotion blocked**? Clearly, the Board of Directors and the Company Secretary have not undertaken their statutory obligation to shareholders, nor have they explained why the September quarter Activities and Financial Reports were not completed. Until these reports are completed CLZ will stay suspended from trade . CLZ has been delisted from the ASX and there is no firm indication it will return to trading.
