Looks like a move in the right direction...ie addressing the cost base. Although, I'm not sure shareholders that have ridden this wave and been dumped at 6 cents would share the following sentiments, although it could be worse...they could be carrying debt on the company balance sheet:

"Mr Trevor Gerber, Chairman of EFG said ‘Mr Roxburgh and Mr Katz have been valued members of the Board and have provided the company with insightful counsel utilising their extensive experience."
