"In the event that the Company is unsuccessful in generating future cash flows by raising additional equity or a potential sell down of assets, these conditions indicate a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and therefore the Company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business."
