Ann: Director Appointment, page-2

Mr Shellabear introduced himself to me at the recent AGM. It surprised me a little at the time and to now see him as a Non Exec Director puts that introduction into some context.

Although a brief and seemingly insignificant interaction I felt he was 'part of the financial establishment'. Not easy to put something like that into words so it may seem odd such an impression was made. That's what came across in that brief time.

The surname (Shellabear) had my mind ticking over as well. There is a Perth real estate company with that name and I wondered about his relationship to that - don't know.

I am easily impressed and look forward to this impression being put into positive action for CMM.

This is the second reported Board change since post recent AGM's I attended - i.e. less than 2 weeks. Why companies would make these changes within such a short time after re-elections and other appointments is a bit of a mystery to me.
