A. Doesn't want to run an electrical business
B. Wants to invest her money's else where
C. Doesn't want to give up the deep value in CMI
D. doesn't want to make a takeover (costly)
So, let's just turn the company into a quasi LIC. It might turn out OK. But then Leanne? will just continue a creep takeover policy towards 50%+
