APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Yowie Group Limited (“Yowie”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Kestell as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Kestell brings a wealth of experience to the board with over 20 years experience in the capital markets, specialising in corporate restructuring, deal generation and funds management.

Mr Kestell has been successful in turning many companies around most notably he was instrumental in taking Indago Resources Limited from a cash box to making shareholders over $45m in two years, as well as successes in Emerald Resources Limited and Neon Capital Limited to name a few.

He is currently an executive and equal largest shareholder at Neon Capital Limited (“Neon”), which is an Australian unlisted investment company, as well as Capricorn Metals Limited and Hylea Metals Limited (both of which are investments of Neon). Mr Kestell is an existing shareholder in Yowie.

Working alongside Mr Kestell at Neon will be Mr Simon Andrew previously a senior executive with Yowie. Mr Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector in Asia and Australia having previously held senior positions with Hartleys, BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
