Without them or more support from Feitelson its hard to see this surviving. Any cash they may finally get from govt will go straight to creditors and lawyers and not the project. Debt at $16m now, say they net $5m out of the $8m post a deal and legal costs leaves $11m to pay off with ongoing operating cash outlflow and convertible terms way out of the money
