This looks an excellent appointment.

And if Saferoads and Safe Directions can undertake some joint ventures, so much the better imo. On the export front, for example, perhaps they could share a single US distributor? And who knows, perhaps some sort of merger between the two companies eventually, all going well. I know some of you on here were keen for a bit of activity on that front! The complementary product range is certainly a big plus.

There's plenty of upside from this announcement and I'm really struggling to find any potential downside.
