But the problems lie deeper in that over 2b shares (~70%) voted in favour to re-elect the current incumbent deadweights and about the same number voted against new blood. This apptmt was not flagged and could be adding more deadweight just to shore up the current board into the future. I can't see the new boy making any impact over the coming year.
