PJ, this is a high risk and much higher reward play. But I expcet that the risk is a lot lower than with many mining specs because of the number of qulaity projects they have, all of which of merit, and some significantly so.
But we also have to conisder more than the dirt, because we're here for trading, and that includes other variables. In this case, the share register is miniscule, as is the MC. When we place these dirt resources into this market equation, the value proposition is even better.
