Everyone here thinking this is a good idea.

Firstly everyone here dosen't seem to understand they are a non-executive director. To quote "A non-executive director (NED) is a board member without responsibilities for daily management or operations of the company or organisation."

This guy will not be helping with day to day exploration or Nickel operations.He isen't some geo working 9-5 for Mandrake this is just another guy who is going to enjoy milking that cash pile even faster.

Let us be clear "non-executive directors are not bound to give continuous attention to the affairs of the corporation. Their duties are of an intermittent nature to be performed at periodic board meetings and at meetings of any committee of the board on which the director happens to be placed."

This is from the Australian institute of Company directors.

Enjoy losing another 200k a year or whatever his salary will be whilst he is under no obligation to do anything for the company. Also he is not going to magically make Nickel appear out of the ground. This guy worked hard as part of a succesful Nickel company now he can enjoy an early retirement along with the rest of em.
