It is good to have sensible discussion instead of continuous negative criticism and senseless at that. I remembered at FFX last couple of years, we were very unhappy with the board and we couldn't do anything about it. So the major shareholders recommended a non executive director as to keep an eye on management and takeover if the current board decided to walk out. I wouldn't call the new appointment as another burden to the company.Operations director no longer can depend on their expertise that if they do their work they need not informed shareholders of their action or intention. Shareholders are the people that give them their job, besides shareholders needed to be informed how their investments are performing.
Major shareshareholders need not vent their anger, frustrations like many in the social media like many here at HC. If the existing management do not change their manners or attitudes they will find themselves out of employment soon enough.
As a shareholder, I am confident with the company that we we will be better informed we be kept informed. from hereon. I expect things will change gradually and expect an improvement from the management. The share price needs to be improved.
