The appointment of the new director is a good thing for MAN. I can see that the major shareholders have taken an interest in getting their own man to keep an eye on things. I can see that things are starting to move as I see the appointment is to reinforced the management by keeping an eye on the operations and at the same time provide assistance in looking at new available projects.

At FFX,the shareholders were disappointed with the management and in the end appointed a new director to help out. This appears to be the same thing happening at MAN.
