I see the appointment as a positive as the new director can take over immediately if Allchurch lost his way. In the worst case if Allchurch gave up, we have the new man to take over or look after things till the company can recruit a suitable replacement. I hope this is not the case, it is more probable that Allchurch is over cautious and frugal and slow to implement a proper solution to his strategy.

On the plus side, we have $16.5 million in funds and need not have any capital raising for some time.
