FINALLY someone with Nickel experience on the team. This is not a vote of confidence in Allchurch. It is acknowledgement he is out of his depth when it comes to Nickel exploration.

For those interested, and in relatively simple terms, Nickel is typically found in magmatic sulphide intrusions (also in laterites but we don't have this here). These intrusions are often extensive but Nickel is not evenly distributed within them. What occurs is that the Nickel accumulates in 'sinks' within these intrusions and often at depth. So exploration is focused on identifying where these accumulations exist.

Which often takes a lot of drilling if you are confident that the intrusion you are looking at contains the right geology. Which takes experience. Which Allchurch does not have. He has some tin and copper experience. NO NICKEL EXPERIENCE.

So maybe Fitzy is there to take over as MD. At least he can do planning around further exploration and we can be confident he might at least have half an idea of what he is doing. Single drill holes will not do the job. Anyone that knows Voiseys Bay (Canada) knows that it took 100 holes to prove up this massive deposit. Locally, look at Legend Mining. They've potentially got another Nova mine and are drilling like crazy.

Lets hope his first recommendation is: DO MORE DRILLING.
