Being a CFO of a ASX listed company can be a massive job just for one company (depending on the complexity, number of entities and jurisdictions). I can't see somebody being a CFO of two medium to large ASX Listed companies at once, but i am sure it happens out there somewhere.
If current CFO of TER needs time off or is leaving, I would have thought the logical back-fill, particularly if it is short term, would be Nathan Boom who is still with TER and was the CFO of TER for several years.
