Interesting appointment, I wonder where the connection is. With MQG being a substantial holder, I would have thought they might appoint a nominee director (not sure if MQG do this as a policy of theirs).
After the resignation of S Kyriakou resigned last week, and at the AGM Address the CEO said they were trimming the Board of Directors. Now they have just add a new director.
