I am not sure what time the market announcement office of the ASX closes, but under new rules if it is after closing you submit your quarterly report, which looks like E25 maybe, then you are automatically suspended from the next days trading, even if the report is submitted before opening on the next day.
Not sure why they have to do this every quarter, agree it isn't a good look.
