Sure, but the government doesn't need to operate by IXR business timeline. it happens when it happens. it should be not too far away from all reports. Government has shown great endorsement of the project as well as in IXR and RRM. In a few years time we won't care which month of 2023 the ML got approved. Just that it got approved and Uganda are right behind it.
I understand your concerns around Africa but you gotta take it nation by nation. The government has heavily backed this project and they wish to create a strong future mining industry. We are a western company operating through an ESG certification scheme. Let's be patient.
