yes that's the Sufian from the former pf1. 62 capital pops up on a lot of small explorers
If I'm allowed to speculate I'd say while I think Tim has been great maybe Sufian has not been happy with the push so far to progress, with us kind of just been waiting around for the government to get their shit together with the ML.
i could definitely see Sufian coming on to push a more proactive approach and maybe he thinks we could be more aggressive in our approach in relation to other critical tasks while we wait.
obviously that's all with my tin foil hat on.
