It seems that with his credentials Jeff Harding would have been able to get CETO rolled out across the Northern Hemisphere without needing to return the license to CNM.
As I understand it REH was listed in UK because Alan Burns was unable to list in Australia.
Which in a roundabout way led on to the listing of CNM finally in Australia.
Now it see,s all the relevant key people as well as the licensing technology are being 'returned to the fold'.
