Audited avcounts have been signed off on for last financial year, two new board members. Money raised, as far as I can tell, was to get rid of debt and to show we gave suffivcient funds for the business to run. These are all the points we need for a relisting. AGM needs to be announced for end of January at the latest I think, so hopefully by then we may have news of relisting. Not sure if the fraud needs to be better explained before ASX is satisfied, but I am sure we will be relisted. Just look at the people buying shares. They are not buying $450,000 or more blocks of shares if they don't think there will be.
