    I guess there will be another round (or few more round) of CR or options at 1c to new directors/ sophisticated investors before they start trading again.
    This is the quickest way to get back the monies they spent on court fee during the VA, and take over/control the company at the lowest possible cost, at shareholder expenses IMO.
