Given the previous shenanigans of the existing directors:
- taking legal action against people who speak out against them on social media
- intimidating shareholders who ask the right questions at AGM's
- intimidating shareholders who request a copy of the shareholder register for the purpose of informing other shareholders as to what's going on
- sending intimidating letters to shareholders that seek to remove them as directors
- challenging the validity of proxy forms that seek to remove them as directors

I don't think these new shenanigans are a surprise to anyone. I expect even more shenanigans after the EGM on the 13th in the form of JBL fighting the termination of the investment management agreement, plus a few more curve balls.
