I would be looking for directors with backgrounds as CIO, Chief information officers, who will bravely, tell the management what they are doing wrong(eg, mining the data), what CCV can do now to prepare for a brand new world. Pawn shops business will never be the same. With use car sale already down (so with the loans, watch out MNY) in the US, CCV can promote that your own sanitized used cars will be safer than public transport and UBER. We just don't need more banking directors to "cook" the book. We are not banks.
