If I may add, CCV can also reduce inventory by selling online, by starting a "Cash Converter Marketplace". If it may take off significantly, I suggest trial on Facebook, Gumtree, Ebay, Kogan Marketplace and etc.. first, to test the water. The future business model maybe to buy locally, but sell nation wide, or "Click and collect". The "Click and Collect" part, or "Click and Post" online, will be far easier for the customers to find what they want without physically checking all the CCV stores.
