Totally agree but a lot of negative events have occurred since Michael Malone's departure from the board and you would think that any businessmen with a solid reputation would avoid this company altogether. I am curious what drew Leon to the board given the availability of info about the company's lack of success. The shares issued to him will be worthless if the company is unsuccessful.
