That was quick.
A whole board appointed within a week.
Plans must have been in place for sometime.
Pudu is operating within ASIC rules.....2 Aussie directors with reasonable credentials.
"Further enquiries" will come to nothing & RFT will be relisted.
Who knows what will happen then.
We are assuming that the old board are the good guys but we could be wrong.
Regardless,we can be assured that the old board will be a fierce watchdog with >10% stake.....A decent stake well worth protecting rather than selling at firesale prices.
