This is the final stage of the takeover agreed to by shareholders at the general meeting held on 6th June:


You now hold a handful of shares, worth a few cents, in the recapitalised Kallium Lakes Limited. KLL is now 98% owned by Alt Finance Pty Ltd. The new directors were appointed by Alt Finance. KLL has no liabilities and its only asset is $10,000 in a bank account.
