NZX Release: Appointment of New Deputy Chairman

has resolved that David Hearn be appointed Deputy Chairman.

This is in light of the retirement of the former Deputy Chairman, Perry
Gunner as a Director, that took effect from the conclusion of the Company's
Annual Meeting on 18 November 2014.
