Following the appointment of two new directors to the Board of Augusta
Capital Limited, the Board has, in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(b),
determined that Martin Gerard Goldfinch is an independent director.
Bryce Robert Barnett is an executive of Augusta Capital Limited and is
therefore not an independent director.
