We are pleased to advise that Mr. Aaron Earl Titter has been appointed an
independent director of Bethunes Investments Limited (BIL) by the Board with
effect from today.
Mr. Titter is currently a Partner at BDO Wellington.
Mr. Titter has been appointed an independent director to fill the vacancy
arising from the resignation of independent director Mr. Murray Charles
Radford with effect from today. Mr. Radford retires from a near 16 years of
directorship for Bethunes Investments Limited (formerly Mowbray Collectables
Limited).
The Board thanks Mr. Radford for his valued contribution to BIL throughout
its many and varied stages of operation and wishes him all the best for the
future.
The Board considers that Mr. Titter is an independent director within the
meaning of the NZX Main Board Listing Rules.
