Appointment of New Non-Executive Director
The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Susan Inglis as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from 1
November 2012.
Mr Richard Brewster, Chairman of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC said; "the
Directors and I are delighted that Sue has agreed to join us bringing to the
Board not only her legal knowledge but also a wealth of experience of
corporate finance within the world of asset management". Ms Inglis joined
Cantor Fitzgerald as Managing Director - Corporate Finance in July 2012,
having held the same position at Canaccord Genuity until its recent merger
with Collins Stewart.
A qualified lawyer, Ms Inglis was a partner at Shepherd & Webberburn, a
leading Scottish law firm. In 1999 she was a founding partner of Intelli
Corporate Finance, an advisory boutique firm focusing on the asset management
and investment company sectors. The firm was acquired initially by iimia in
2005 and then Canaccord Genuity in 2009.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is
confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to
Ms Inglis.
