DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Following the Annual Meeting of the Company, BLIS Technologies Chairman,
Peter Fennessy, has announced that Mr Maxwell Shepherd has tendered his
resignation from the Board of BLIS Technologies Limited with immediate
effect.
Mr Fennessy said that Mr Shepherd has been on the Board since it was first
listed on the NZX and in that time has made a significant and valued
contribution to the progress of BLIS Technologies. Whilst the Board is
disappointed to lose a director of Max's quality the Company wishes him well
on his future endeavours.
