DIRECTOR & COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES

Panorama Synergy Limited (ASX PSY) (“Panorama” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr Jeff Braysich has resigned as Director of the Company and Mr Anthony Karam has resigned as Company Secretary effective 18 October 2015.

The Board would like to formally acknowledge and thank both Mr Braysich and Mr Karam for their contributions to the Company in their years of service and we wish them success in their future endeavours.

Mr Glenn Ross has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Ross has been on the Panorama advisory board since 1st February 2015 and has been consulting to the Company on various commercial opportunities. He has broad industry experience and access to an influential commercial network worldwide. With a scientific background, he has worked with multinational companies in both a technical and sales capacity. In addition, he has extensive investment experience in both private and public companies and has prior directorship experience with an ASX listed entity.

The Company also announces the appointment of a new Company Secretary, Mr Phillip Wingate, an Associate Director of Ventnor Capital Pty Ltd. Mr Wingate holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University Australia and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mr Wingate has broad ASX experience through holding board and company secretarial positions and advising on various M&A and Capital ASX transactions. Mr Wingate has been closely involved with the management of ASX listed companies and has a strong financial and management reporting background.
