my guess is Jeff and Terry didn't see eye to eye. Jeff has said in the past that Terry, being a scientist, is unaware and not too concerned about the business side. That famous promise of the sept update from Terry caused tensions between jeff and Terry.
I won't sell as i still believe in the technology, and no matter how great a product is if Terry and Jeff are constantly fighting or not seeing eye to eye then one of them needs to leave.
