Yes you are correct but to realise the total benefit ECL needs to be wound up after selling off the electrical business which will incur some costs, whether its a $1/share I don't know.Notwithstanding, the time is right. The electrical business is performing, there is PE and cash out there and we are possibly on the crest of a major pull back. The reality is that the board should be looking at maximising shareholders wealth yet the SP continues to linger well below the intrinsic value, for what purpose I ask?Come on board, snap too it and create value for your shareholders (all of them!)
