Resignation of Director - Keith Hindle
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) advises that it has received the
resignation of Keith Hindle as a director of the company with effect from 30
June 2012. Keith holds several directorships and has decided to reduce his
work commitments.
Keith has been a director of CRP since prior to its listing in 2006 and has
made a significant contribution to the company. On behalf of shareholders the
CRP Board thanks Keith and wishes him all the best for the future.
