SALE OF EBOS SHARES BY STEWART FAMILY INTERESTS
Python Portfolios Ltd the investment vehicle for Masthead Limited and the
Stewart family interests, who has been a very supportive shareholder in EBOS
for more than five years, has taken the decision to rebalance its portfolio
and has decided to sell its EBOS holding.
It is the Boards understanding that this shareholding has been purchased by a
number of Institutions. The Board considers the EBOS register has been under
represented by institutions and sees this move as positive for the future
outlook of EBOS.
Mr Mark Stewart, who has served the company as a very able and professional
director; will resign his directorship. The Board of Directors will review
the decision as to whether a replacement Director is required at their next
Board Meeting.
