Following the 2013 Annual Shareholders Meeting, the Board of Freightways
Limited made a determination in accordance with Listing Rule 3.3.2 that the
following Directors are Independent Directors:
o Susan Sheldon (Chairman of the Board, Member - Audit & Risk Committee)
o Sir William Birch (Member - Audit & Risk Committee)
o Roger Corcoran
o Kim Ellis (Member - Audit & Risk Committee)
o Mark Verbiest (Chairman - Audit & Risk Committee)
