Hellaby Holdings Appoints New Director
Investment company Hellaby Holdings Limited today announced the appointment
of Mark Cowsill to the board of the company as a non-executive independent
director, effective immediately.
Mr Cowsill, a Chartered Accountant, is also a director of Hubbard Foods and
NZX-listed Sanford. Prior to recently embarking upon a career of
non-executive directorships, he was managing director of Frucor Beverages
from 1992 to 2011, during which time he led Frucor to become a global company
under various ownership structures. Mr Cowsill brings strategic and
operational expertise, knowledge of the Australian market and practical
acquisitions experience to the Hellaby board.
